Musalih is a platform that facilitates the connection between users and handyman services in Oman. Users can easily search for services with just a tap and, in a short amount of time, the service provider, named "Mahir," can accept the request and deliver the service.

Users have the flexibility to either schedule a service immediately or at a later time. During the request process on the Musalih platform, users are required to provide details regarding the issue or service they need to be addressed or completed.

The services offered cover areas such as air conditioning, electricity, and plumbing. All services provided by Musalih platform come with a guarantee of completion within 3 days. If any issues persist within this timeframe after the service is rendered, there will be no additional cost to the user. Additional charges will only apply in case of extra services beyond the original request or for new part replacement/installation.

Users have the option to settle payments either in cash or through online payment methods for the services offered. Post-payment, users can rate and review the service provider "Mahir." These reviews aim to uphold the high-quality standards observed in every service delivered through the Musalih Platform.
